Good review.
The older I get the more I understand that a book can be a vehicle for grace. The grace, the gift a book bestows, need not be considered as having a divine origin for you to be open to it. All that is needed is a listening quality, an awareness that the book is reminding you, bringing back to life, something in you that needs to be awakened. ---- Beautiful, Francisco. That has been my experience as well.
Amen. Amen. Amen. This is one of my favorite books of all time as well. I shed a tear at its crescendo ("climax" doesn't quite work here). And you reviewed it with grace, beauty, truth, and such love. I think I'll go read it yet another time. Looking forward to his five or so unpublished books to start hitting the streets sometime soon!
