Hello there! My name is Ronak, and I'm a writer, music artist and visual-novel producer from Mumbai, India.

I graduated from Greenlawns High School in 2009 and Jai Hind College in 2011.

In 2012, I published my very first technology article online. I continue to write non-fiction articles to this day.

In 2014, I published my very first music single on iTunes, entitled 'Doctor Who: A Type 40 Production'.

In 2016, I completed a course in Screenplay Writing at Digital Academy - The Film School.

After working in the family business for a few years, in 2020 I created 'Artron Studios', a page to monetise my 8-bit-inspired artwork and designs.

In 2022, I had my first poems published in a literary magazine.

In 2023, I published my very first fan-game — a v

This comic was written to commemorate the 10th anniversary of ‘Nu Who’, if I remember correctly. Amazing art and some really cool moments, but the larger plot didn’t land for me.

A rare miss from Paul. But a certain Doctor Who monster returns for the first time since 2005 in this comic.

A lovely cameo at the end too.

A simple tale, but it is as relevant today as it was when the original radio-drama this book is based on was first broadcast. Gurihiru’s art is to die for!

“There's no shame in rocking the boat a little
And to not conform without mutiny
They say you only live once
Be the sovereign of your own bona fide destiny”
Ronak Shah, In Search of Starlight

“You may fall in love with ideas and ideals
But it's people that make your world go round
For you may chase fantastical phantasms all day long
But what your lost soul merely seeks is to be found”
Ronak Shah, In Search of Starlight

“Risen apes, not fallen angels,
Still stumbling hither and thither,
Is there a light at the end of the tunnel?
Doesn't matter as long as we have each other”

“O! But above all else, in a "perfect world", my friend
There would be no sonnets to sing and no stories to tell”

For tomorrow is promised to no-one
Leave the big questions for a sleepless night
Just be yourself — and you'll have a good run”
