Also, have you looked at "Riptide Publishing"? They are a publishing house that is trying to do more with gender-queer/rainbow spectrum. I think they may have a section on transgenders.

They are an invitation-only press, but check out their current open submissions. Their covers are gorgeous. I'm writing something for one of them, myself. Wish me luck!
