Hope that something would appear. In my opinion, there's nothing like a good psychological thriller based on such foundation.
Unlikely, most of the stories using experiments and showing their victims are stupid trash.
Talking about MK-Ultra and intentional personality disorder, I know one videogame with great but poorly implemented potential. I'm talking about Manhunt 2 by Rockstar. The lead character is a psychologist studying psychopathy. He decides to be a material for his new experiment, but the government uses his research to grow within him a new personality - professional killer.
But that new personality gets out of government's control and turns his "host" into psychotic serial killer. Manipulating him, alter ego makes him destroy all his family, all documents which could prove his existence and, by drugs, his memories to take his body under total control. Slowly alter ego comes outside for longer and longer time, becoming stronger. Only in the end protagonist understands that his only friend is going to erase him.
Actually, it's stealth action game. And the most violent in history. To rate this game "21+", developers had to decrease (!) amount of violent content.
But, as I said, game suffers from mediocre implement of both gameplay and the story. But atmosphere is unique and unforgettable.
