Have you tried the Sophie Oak Texas sirens books, they are not that dark, quite lighthearted and funny and tie in with the Bliss series too, which is less BDSM and more M/F/M, but characters cross the series quite a bit.

Oh and Cherise Sinclair Masters of the Shadowlands series.
