I personally think, as a Christian, that the book you need is the Bible. Based on my experience from a few days ago, sitting there with the Bible and reading it to understand what God wants to tell you is key. After months of a lot of spiritual unrest, I've been set free by the Lord by simply spending time with Him and letting Him talk to me. May God do with you as He did with me, setting me free and renewing my love for Jesus Christ in the blink of an eye
