I see you are reading a Janet Evanovich book right now, she's my go-to Chick Lit (at least her Stephanie Plum series is). Attachments by Rainbow Rowell is a published adult book if you liked her YA novels. My favorite chick lit from last year was Nine Women, One Dress by Jane Rosen. Which class is this for?
It is for a Readers Advisory class. My professor wants us to read a wide variety of genres then write up blog posts for each one with like our evaluation, read-alikes, booktalking ideas, and potential discussion questions.
I am enjoying the class and I probably don't need to take this assignment as seriously as I am, but might as well.
