There's a very low-key romance, but most of "Trigger" by Jessica Webb is a pretty interesting thriller/mystery!
Also, the "Harmony Black" series by Craig Shaefer is very entertaining. Pretty romance free, and great narration if you like audiobooks! The newest book in the series is out 10/31 and I can't wait for it!
One more idea: Audible is having a two-for-one sale on selected books, and I picked up two of the "Harper Connelly Mysteries" by Charlaine Harris, based on good reviews...look through the sale catalog!
