One way that always helps is through contacting active users with a large following, often those who are active on Goodreads and have a blog, offering them a review copy. Quite often, when popular users are found to be reading a book, or when they write a positive review of a book, a lot of their followers will go on to give the book a read. Hope the advice helps. (:
