I would be suspicious of the Wordsworth edition "Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn." There are a lot of reviews that say it is abridged and missing passages of both stories. My copy of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is 300 pages and it has rather small print.

Oops. Hit enter too soon. The Adventures of Tom Sawyer is usually between 225 to 260 pages, so I think that book must be severely abridged to have only 416 pages.

AndyS Both books 'Tom' 'Huckleberry' are excellent. Funny!!!

Ankit Saxena Yes, I read the former one. I am facing the same issue with Oliver twist Books. Penguin classics and Wordsworth Classics have different number of pages.

AndyS I never look at the number of pages. Typesetting fontsize letting, images in books will change the number of pages.

AndyS Here is just one of several links and ways to read Dickens...

My Favorite is Dombey & Sons.

W. Boutwell Get the book with both. Tom Sawyer is sort of a prequel and a lot of fun.

Ankit Saxena I read already, "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer". Confusion was for "The Huckleberry Finn".

W. Boutwell Find the old single printing, then. People have been "correcting" Twain for a century.

AndyS W. Boutwell. Great suggestion.

Ankit Saxena Thanks Mr. Boutwell.
