What about Paradise Kiss? I saw that you read Nana. I haven't read both manga, but I watched the movie of Paradise Kiss, and it's nice! It's about fashion. :D
I really liked Faster than a Kiss! I forget the official name, but that was its English translation. It was really cute and fluffy, but on occasion serious too. :P
