Of course! It's about a girl, Lake, who moves to this new town as a "fresh start" for her family. She meets Will who lives across the street, who is also young and is taking care of his younger brother (the reason why is a spoiler, I won't say!) You'll find out why, but they have a kind of forbidden romance trope going on. It's very bittersweet.

thank you!!! ik this kinda sounds like a weird question but is there any like harsh topics like domestic abuse/suicide/death/etc?? i rlly liked "it ends with us" bc it was unpredictable and spontaneous. it was also interesting to learn about a topic i didn't know a lot about ( domestic abuse ) and i though it was a good thing to bring awareness to.

Yes there is, but I don't want to say specifically because it is a plot twist/spoiler. I will say there is talk about death though. Hope that helps!

I'm happy to help :) her book Reminders of Him is also very good and centers around a car accident and such. It's becoming a movie too, so you could check out the trailer. Otherwise, books by Abby Jimenez usually center around difficult topics like infertility, ALS, car accidents, and things like that!
