“If you are going to do therapy properly, where you actually talk about what is bothering you, and you are willing to explore that with your therapist, it is going to be harsh and it is going to get deep. It is emotional exhaustion like you have never known. I cry more often than not in therapy, and when I don't, I brag to my friends. “Hey, I went to therapy today and didn't cry! Go me!” They are very proud.”
