Edgar Cañizales
Edgar Cañizales asked Vladimir Kameñar:

I found some claims that you created a telecommunication protocol CriptoNukak. Is that the correct name? Not Crypto? Where can I find the specs or further information?

Vladimir Kameñar Yes, CriptoNukak is the correct name because it was registered in Spanish. The last part of the name stands for the Nukak-Maku, an indigenous tribe in Colombia. There are some papers describing the use of this protocol in several hospitals in Colombia. I don’t know if there is anything available in electronic format though. This protocol was created in 2004 when technical specs were still written on paper. I believe that the intellectual property belongs to the National University of Colombia.
