I love literary and cosmic horror so this sounds right up my alley. I saw a couple reviews mentioned a dog being harmed or killed. Violence towards animals is usually a hard pass for me. I was hoping someone could let me know how graphic this is, and whether it plays a large role in the book or if it's just a section that I can easily skip? Thanks!
