Oh and Jane it looks like someone has voted for Ruth Downie as I hadn't included her as an option but she's there now so maybe it worked after all?
I forgot I even created this poll until it just came up that a certain author nominated voted (for someone else ;)) and it appeared in my news feed.
How is Jack Whyte a Roman fiction author?There's a big difference between making King Arthur a Roman and writing a novel set in an actual Roman period...

Marc Alan Edelheit's Roman books are actually fantasy, not historical fiction. He shouldn't be on this list.
