Very, very powerful.

Normally, it is recommendations from friends, daughters, and Good Reads.

The Heart and the Fist: A great story about a humanitarian Navy SEAL, I stumbled across at the airport.
Protect and Defend by Vince Flynn: I have been wanting to read Flynn for quite a while.
Any Harlan Coben comes from being a fan of a very gifted writer.
I certainly look at recommendations and reviews on this website though.

Too true!! I'm busy with like 5 or 6 different series and without Goodreads it would have been difficult keeping track.

That's what it was for me too but that's not on the list.

Mostly we trade books at work. But when I find a writer I really like, I try to get more of them

Now I'm curious. What was it?
I love Nora Roberts and found some at Goodwill when I go book searching and I picked it up. I am anxiously waiting for my Kindle to come.
