All of those people are scary! Except Esme... she is just annoying!

I don't think the white faced women were ever particularly scary. And Sir was more of a useless guardian and a jerk than a scary villain, I think.

Well, duh! Count Olaf HAS to be the scariest! That series was so good. It still gives me the chills :)
