well, were you able to capture/kill the scorpion? if you were, then i’d say you should get some sleep and not stress about it, since scorpions are typically solitary creatures. but if you didn’t and you don’t feel comfortable going to sleep, maybe stay up and read a nice book to get your mind off of it <3 and maybe keep some bug spray and a thick shoe nearby in case you see the scorpion! but don’t worry—scorpions are like bees…they don’t sting unless you bother them, so unless you’re poking and prodding it, i don’t think it will cause you any trouble (: you’ve got this!

…also just want to add that i’m from arizona, and while arizona bark scorpions are definitely pretty venomous, it’s extremely unlikely to kill you! cases of death are very rare with those types of scorpions. praying for peace <3

Yes, we were able to kill it!! The only reason I think there could be more is because we brought some towels in, and then saw the scorpion not long after 😅
