But I read VERY few books with spice, and if I do I skip over it, but if I end up reading it it’s because I originally didn’t know it had spice until afterwards😔

At max non descriptive fade to black or some descriptive kissing but not if it’s frequent (ie caraval is about my max)
Occasionally i'll hit a mood and look up romance book pages on Pinterest and there will be spice there, but other than that its closed door.
I don’t mind if there’s spice as long as it’s skippable, though I do prefer closed door/fade to black and will choose a book like the latter if given the option. Really I guess it depends on the intent behind it. I prefer a romance that prioritizes a healthy relationship, not just lust, but a healthy relationship can include sex (though, in my belief, only between a married couple, since I am a Christian. And preferably off-page) I don’t believe all sexual content is bad, but I do not read spice

Idk what classifies as "descriptive' kissing so i just put clean reads. I read the Sky Fall Trilogy back when i liked the author and my mom did not approve. I dont read things like that. They kissed a lot, talked a lot about yearning, talked about how he wished she was wearing a sports bra....
I mainly read clean or closed-door fiction, but it really depends of the context of the spice and whether it's easily skipped. Also, I have a big problem if it's spice between an unmarried couple, whereas if it's within marriage I don't mind so much. Generally, though, I avoid it.(I add content notes at the end of my reviews so that if they contain any spice, you're forewarned!)
