I’d say Lost in the Neverwoods is definitely a good one!

Lost in the Never Woods is INCREDIBLE, but Hook isn’t the love interest. Peter is. Actually, I don’t think Hook is in the book at all

I’ve heard great things about Becoming Hook! Hook isn’t the love interest, rather, he’s the main character, and he falls in love with Tinkerbell. Out of all the Peter Pan retellings I know (and I’ve read a LOT) that might be the closest to what you want

Becoming Hook by Mary Mecham is such a good one! Hook is in love with Tinkerbell and Peter Pan is the villain. It's so good!

a really good retelling is the heirs if neverland duology!!! the first book is called ‘Dust’ by Kara Swanson! it’s sooooo good i love it so muchhh! its what got me back into reading a few years ago!!!

Cursed ever after has similar vibes but isn’t a retelling… but it’s good!
