Who has tips on trying to write your first draft on your book? I've started and I'm struggling a bit to get started. Comments or choices would be great! <3

Create a plan for what you want to do, and trust your gut. The thing that’s helped me the most while writing MY story is letting your mind write away. Just let yourself go and let the words flow out of you, and you’ll get there!

I just always have to keep reminding myself that first drafts are supposed to be messy! Don’t worry about editing things until later.
ik you prob did this in school but plan out the book! the begging middle end ! also make a list of the characters in your story and list a description of their appearance and personality! hope this helps 💕💕
i have adhd and usually forget to put at least one thing thatsneeded in a scene. list out each chapter or segment and what needs to happen in it. also feel free to hop around. its better to write something you feel inspired to write then the correct order. you can organize everything after you finish writing
So i heard this hack somewhere, but basically in the first chapter just write the most random thing, like explain whats going on, or sm like that, it doesnt matter if its bad cuz ur gonna go back and edit it. Its just something to get u started, hope this helps!
