you seem to put people in boxes that shouldn’t be boxes. Cause what if I’m the last three but not the first three? You can’t just dislike things and then say everyone is all for them or against them😔🤨

You can’t be MAGA or pro life then call yourself not sexist or pro ice (and maga) and not racist you also can’t be MAGA and not homophobic that’s not how it works and I’m not putting anyone in a box if you’re ANY of these you’re meant to put yes even if it’s just one of them because I don’t want that type of stuff near my account because it doesn’t match my political beliefs and goes against my morals so therefore I won’t tolerate it

Um…. Even if those things weren’t connected, a person has a right to not be friends with people who support eg A, B, C even if those things aren’t connected.

(Stupid) Example:
If you like milk but someone doesnt like it, they might not wanna be friends with you even if you’re supporting some things as they do.
So you’re agreeing on points A, B but not C. So they might not wanna be friends with you.

I am pro life completely, but not the other ones. You can unfriend me for this of you would like, but I believe that Goodreads is an app for readers to discuss and discover books, not share political opinions

The act of reading and choosing to educate yourself is political everything is and I understand the desire to leave politics out of things but when books are often so closely tied to political belief it is near impossible to do that
