ok mouth but before you guys think im weird its because i physically cannot breathe thru my nose idk how yall do it i cant get any air thru it and then i have a panic attack that ill die so i mouth breathe idk why i cant breathe thru my nose tho

It depends, when I’m running I’m a mouth breather, but when I’m just walking or sitting around I’m a nose breather

i just feel like theres no air going to my lungs when i nose breathe and feel like imma pass out lol

If I’m sick and my nose is congested then I’ll breathe through my mouth, but otherwise I only nose breathe

If I am running mouth, normally I am nose.
