long story short, i reallyyyy want to get back into reading the percy jackson books!! i've previously started reading the first series, but since im super inconsistent ive read the 4th pjo book in *cough cough* october of 2025, and haven't read the 5th book since. i've genuinely forgotten most of the important parts, so i was wondering if it's worth for me to re-read the previous 4 books? or should i just get on with the 5th one, and spend my free time reading new books i'll prob enjoy more?

maybe you could skim through the first 4! you don't really need to read everything again word for word, but you could probably pick up the info that way tbh that way you can have more time to read other books!

i wouldn't reread the WHOLE series cause i feel like once you get into the world you start remembering everything and ALSO with how popular the series is i'm sure there's a BUNCH of youtube recaps out there 🥹
