You HAVE to read Vera Wong Unsolicited Advice for Murderers. it's a cozy mystery that is so funny and silly! The House in the Cerulean Sea is also really cozy, but it might make you tear up. Also, some of the characters are really funny—Talia and Lucy—so you can get a good laugh!

There is also The Wild Robot series, which is a middle grade series that is so cozy and fast paced!

the batman and robin comics are fun imo! :) also the nightwing ones he's funny ! they do have some fighting so im sorry if that's nor what your looking for 😭

A Rivalry of Hearts has good vibes all around, it's real cozy
Special mention to The Swan's Daughter (YA), the stakes aren't too high, it's whimsical, and the MMC is the CUTEST 💞

Also I haven't read it yet, but for queer recs, I have a book called Running Close to the Wind on my tbr that looks fun!
