It sooo depends on the book *and* the narrator. For really good books with good narrators, I often start at 1.5 or 1.75 and end up at about 2.If it’s a simplistic and/or bad book, 3 or faster if the app allows that.
Mostly 1.50-1.75 unless it's hard to understand and I have to keep rewinding it, then I'll lower the speed, but if I'm almost done and want to finish, I'll move it up to 2.00. But I rarely listen to audiobooks, so I'm not sure what I like yet. I've literally listened to like, 3 in my life. 😂
Usually normal speed unless the narrator is SLOW. Then I’ll speed it up a bit.

I have absolutely no idea. I just listen to them…
2x unless the character has an accent. then it's 1.75 or 1.8 so i can understand
2x and up, 2.5x if im working or doing school work and 3x-3.5x if im immersive reading

3x+ they need to talk fast or I get bored
Anywhere from 2 to 2.5x depending on the reader
usually like 1.25 but if the book is bad or the narrator is bad i will do up to 1.75
I only listen to cd audiobooks and that only has one version lol
once i get into the book and know whats going on, about 10-15 percent in, ill switch it to 2.00 but when i first start a book i go to 1.50 if its a classic but usually 1.75.😁😁
my pastor talks wicked fast so its programed my mind to only be able to listen to things if theyre also going wicked fast💀💀 now my pet peeve is slow talkers + out loud readers lol🤣
