Anyway I digress🤧
Please recommend some books (preferably fantasy) with mmc's who YEARN. (Im talking abt jasad heir level of yearning, btw)
I'm in desperate need of help😔

Continue reading the shatter me series the first book isn’t great but trust me it gets SOOOO much better
I haven't finished reading it yet but I think this woven kingdom could be similar :)) or maybe The Red winter by Cameron Sullivan and The Everlasting by Alix E. Harrow !!
Book 2/3 of the shatter me series when you get Warner yearning 😛😂 But if you don’t want to continue, the Woven Kingdom series by that same author is a little more mature and has an MMC who is the definition of yearning for like 3 straight books

This woven kingdom, Divine rivals, Don’t let the forest in, Six of Crows, The everlasting, Long live evil

ouu i see u need yearning men 🤭• Folk of the air which isnt that big on the romance plot but when it is.. IT HITSSS
• One dark window Ravyn yearns SOO much for the FMC istg
• Phantasma 🤭
the serpent and the wings of night by carissa boardbent ; SO FKN GOOD! he is the definition of a YEARNER
yyagmurrtk {turkish delight} wrote: "Fym it was so bad? And the absolute yearner of all is aaron warner wdymmmmm"LITERALLYYYYY
yyagmurrtk {turkish delight} wrote: "I’m just gonna haunt you now FYM IT WAS BAD"LMAO THIS HAS MY DYINGGG
"Yearn"--lots of different types. But The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon series has lots of all types. The Lover by Marguerite Duras
listen. i know you hated shatter me and this is technically by the same author but TOTALLY DIFFERENT VIBES. The Woven Kingdom series has the best yearning i have EVER EVER EVER read! (however if you want fast pace right off the bat, this one isn't for you - they have a lot of vibes and book one may be a sit-through)
MMC who yearns.....?🤔 hmm ig u might be talking about Aaron Warner Before anything else, I'll recommend you to continue with the series (atleast the first novella which is from Aaron's pov)
But it's alr if u don't wanna
I haven't read many books but you can go for OUABH
Gods and Monsters by Amber V Nicole (the first book is The Book of Azrael). They’re enemies to lovers and he’s such a yearner for her later on in the series. Hope you haven’t read it yet!
Zodiac Academy is lowkey good.Assistant to the Villan was cute
Not necessarily yearning yearning but the Renegades series and Kingdom of the wicked is a good shot in the dark🙂
The Everlasting by Alix E. Harrow - It has nothing but yearning IMHO. Disclaimer: I have no idea who Jasad Heir is. The rec is strictly based on your need for 'yearning'. 😆
Hope you smash that reading slump soon, Yuvi!
I don’t read much fantasy, and few fantasies have blown me away... But...Have you read 'Fawkes' by Nadine Brandes? It's amazing! The characters, the plot, the magic system... The main character's deepest longings... They hit, for me. I bought a copy for my closest friends, after re-reading it twice in the same month! I don’t re-read books as a rule. 🤭
No others come off the top of my head, but I'll think about it!
As one part of the “Cyrus of Nara” cult it would criminal for me to not recommend you this woven kingdom. Girl trust me on this I didn’t exactly love shatter me but this book is my entire soul and being.
Wait, wait, wait, I NEED you to read Fear the Flames by Olivia Rose Darling!!!! It was a very close five-star for me, and Book Two (Wrath of the Dragons) was almost a six-star read. I will forever recommend this series; it's so good, and let me tell you, the MMC is the epitome of yearning. 🙈😫
the same thing happened to me 😭for like 5 months i couldn't read anything because of that book, I recommend the daughter of smoke and bone!
Ahahaha 😭 sorry to hear that Shatter Me didn’t work for you. I mean, frankly speaking, I was only there with the whole Shatter Me Trilogy because of Aaron Warner 🤫 Juliette pissed me off. Anyway please read:
Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi
The Wrath and The Dawn by Renee Ahdieh
Flame in the Mist by Renee Ahdieh
