GREENGLASS HOUSE!! (okay, its actually not a romance but its a cozy mystery with fantasy elements and I love it so so so much)
IDK about romance but try reading Catch Your Death. It's really mysterious.

The inheritance games It’s kind of a mystery romance love triangle but I’ll say if u don’t like the first book please continue reading them they get better
And the Naturals series is one of my fav mystery series and is a great mystery romance book
Not Quite Dead Yet is absolutely amazing but it isn’t YA there’s no spice but quite a bit of swearing.
We were liars by E.lockheart. It’s new adult but there’s no spice or anything like that. (It’s not very cosy though, you might end up sobbing ur eyes out like me😔)
