any notes app by default is very handy for journalling. you could also make yourself a journal decorate it to your liking, honestly that's most ideal but otherwise some journalling apps are: My dairy - daily diary journal (does contain ads), Gratitude: self care journal (I don't think it contains ads but in app purchases yes) I would look into those two
