Yeah, it’s also kind of hard to find because of how it’s set up but if your on a desktop you can find them from other peoples polls in the top right corner or you can go to your profile page, scroll down to "polls ___ (your name) has liked" (word might be wrong can’t remember) and go from there until you find the page "polls ____ has created" then click create new poll. thats how i do it anyways it sounds more complicated than it really is.
when your in someones poll if you look at the too corner in blue it says all polls then ubder there create poll :)
