I think you should read Assistant to the Villain because if you really want to read that and you read another book, you might rush through it or be bored because you'd really rather be reading it.

i def think you should read assistant to the villain!its fast paced with short chapters and its SO FRICKN GOOD
I personally loved assistant to the villain!! Super fun storyline, not a hard read, and lovable characters.
Assistant to the villain is genuinely one if not my favorite book so I would definitely recommend reading it!
Skyward is one of my all time favorites!! (And I didn't even like sci-fi when I first read it. 😅)
