Powerless!!! Also enjoyed this woven kingdom (series not yet complete though), caraval (and then the spin off series ouabh), and a curse so dark and lonely (technically a trilogy but reads like a stand alone)

divine rivals is my favorite romantasy book! It has one fade to black scene but no spice. Defy the night, the cruel prince (it’s more fnatasy than romantasy though btw), and once upon a broken heart are good too! Some romance books I love are I hope this doesn’t find you, never thought I’d end up here, betting on you, better than the movies, fake skating, and love and gelato, plus anything else by Lynn painter or Ann Liang lol. also binding 13 book 1 doesn’t have any on page spice and is really good but it’s definitely not clean haha

Caraval. OUABH, Six of Crows (these three I’ve listed are my favorite book series of all time), Brandon Sanderson, PJO (kinda), Marissa Meyers (I know you love her works)as a whole but specifically Cinder

That was more than I expected to do but I love all of these and they are all clean/fade to back and ones I def recommend. Also all of them (except A Thousand Heartbeats) are part of series! ❤️

A Forgery of Fate by Elizabeth Lim is really good! (And clean).

Also Divine Rivals is NOT, (in my opinion), clean. (Everyone loves that book but I cannot STAND it. Just thought I would let you know!)

It is fairly clean imo lol theres no spice or extreme language i thought? ik theres like a fade to black scene but yeah... why didn’t you like it?

My Phony Valentine by Courtney Walsh is suuuuuuper cute and has no spice!! And it’s not super over the top Valentine’s Day themed, so I think it’s a good read for any time of the year. Against the Tide by Elizabeth Camden is another really good one, again no spice 😊

Caraval, powerless, the how to rom-com series, anything my madelyn smith she is my favorite. I'm so tiredI can't think of anymore off the top of my head but once I think of them I'll come back and comment.

I've read pride and prejudice and plan to read the cruel prince but I'll check out the other ones

To Con a Gentleman by Sarah Adams is really good. It's a historical rom-com.
