Hey guys!! I am writing a book and I wanted to get your opinion on one of the chapters.

Indigo watched as Bella and Jack ran into the forest, she smiled. She could have stopped them. Told the queen that they were gone but she didn’t. Instead she started to walk back to her chambers like she saw nothing but she suddenly stopped and started to walk towards the garden.

When she got outside, she took a deep breath in. Taking in that cool, fresh air. She then started to walk down an old path. A path, she knew all too well. A path with many tales. She can hear the song of the crickets, a song someone dear to her once loved
She winds down it until she gets to a river and an old tall willow tree. She pushes back the leaves and reveals a little hideaway. She walks over to the trunk and places her fair hands on it. There is something engraved there. “I and L, forever.” Indigo says, her eyes filling with tears.
She sits down beside the trunk and watches the fireflies dance over the river. It is a full moon tonight. Just like another happier night. A night filled with joy and love. Her first kiss. A silent tear falls. Then, more follow.
For a while she just sits there, watching the water. What is happening in her head, I can not tell you. Just note that this place holds many memories, not all of them good. Then, she got up and wiped her eyes. She walked back to the path. She turned back to the spot where she sat and gave a sad smile.
She goes back up the path and back to her chambers. Leaving behind a happy, yet painful memory.
