Hey, everyone!
So, I'm in FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America), and with that I'm doing a STAR event, which is a competition they do, and I'm doing specifically the event Public Policy Advocate.
For my project, I am advocating for getting R.A.D. self-defense classes into high schools. Most self-defense classes can cost a LOT of money, like $75 for an hour, which some people can’t afford. So, I want to get them into high schools around me and more to help lower the rates of sexual assault and rape in Utah, which is currently ranked 9th in the nation for those statistics.

With all that though, we have an Instagram account to spread awareness about this topic and release information about it. I was just wondering if you guys could go and follow us. It would be so helpful to help get more notice for what we are doing, and I would be so grateful! It’s called Self-Defense is Safety!
