I'm reading The Charade by Judy Corry rn which is the first in the Eden Falls Academy series and even tho it's kinda cheesy it's honestly SO addictive lol. I haven't finished it yet but I would recommend it as of now :) It's clean!
Also The Christy Miller series is AMAZING
Ann Liang books are amazing and mostly pretty clean! Also love and gelato is good. oh and Lynn painter books have some swearing but none of her ya books have any spice <3

Mimi Matthews is your go-to! She does clean romance. She only has one book where she has a 3/5 spice scene. But she loves to include animals in her books. Her heroines almost always love dogs and horses.
