the lovelight series by b.k. borison!! I like the first & second books the best but a tonnnn of people like the third one the most. the fourth one is also good but I felt like it was more physical attraction than anything else sooooooo
the brown sisters trilogy by talia hibbert is FULL of the most down bad men!! lots of smut in those ones though, but I wouldn’t say they overpower the emotional connection.

the dc stars series has good yearning / the men are all sweethearts and you just can’t dislike them. they’re perfect. (but these can get heavy on the smut times—i just skimmed through those scenes sometimes)

or if you want to commit to a life-changing series you can start the boys of tommen series. those boys will do anything for their girls & the yearning is HEAVY at times and emotional connections are unmatched, especially in the 3rd and 4th books!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼
