i love the fate of Ophelia, cancelled!, and father figure but Elizabeth taylor is my absolute fav!! however i definitely have some thoughts on this album and my biggest one is that it isn’t as good (as a WHOLE album) as the rest of her works especially rep and midnights. it really doesn’t convince me of her love for Travis i feel like she’s missing the wittiness and vulnerability that made her such a good songwriter 😔 but lmk what u guys think I’d love to discuss!!!

@nova: idk i don’t think she lost the storytelling personally… i think she’s being more vulnerable than she was in rep and midnights, she’s telling us she’s not a bad b*tch and she was putting on a show in those albums. this feels like her thoughts without a filter. that’s just my opinion though, i respect yours.
