Just give fall vibes for some reason:

Great for Spooky Season in Particular:
Ninth House - Leigh Bardugo
The Haunting of William Thorn - Ben Alderson

That's all I can think of atm, for some reason lol. I might be back with more later.
Harry Potter ofc! Also Falling Like Leaves! It’s coming out on September 2nd and it’s actually so good and has perfect fall vibes!
i’ve heard good things about pumpkin spice cafe which i have on apple books to read! pumpkin spice and everything nice i also heard is good ( i think is a romance?) and of course you can’t go wrong with some gothic fantasy like One Dark Window as well as gothic YA fantasies like The Sisters of the Salt series and The Thirteenth Child 🙂↔️. i’m personally going to be reading some more mystery thrillers for the spooky season like The Red Letter (which i’m reading now), as well as The Surrogate Mother 🍼

♡ small cozy town
♡ grumpy/sunshine
♡ magic, witches & all the autumn vibes
♡ baby dragon!!! 💜
the invisible life of addie larue, definitely! the writing, story-line and message is super unique and the whole book gives off fall vibes!!and for the people who love to read fantasy during fall 🙋🙋, the prison healer trilogy is so amazing and bingeable for the season!!
I recently read the institute by Stephen King - if you’re looking for something eerie & unsettling this would be a great fall read
I just got Pumpkin Spice and everything nice by Katie cicatelli-kuc at a Barnes and noble cafe for 5 bucks with my coffee purchase. I’m pretty certain it’s YA but sounds perfect for fall reading.
The AGGGTM series is autumn vibes imo, but definitely check the trigger warnings (it's YA but pretty heavy)
‘The Autumn Festival’ by Rebekah Anne!! It’s super cozy and very fall themed. She’s a small creator, so supporting her by reading the book would be so great!
