I'd love to read Artifact Space, but the only Kindle version available is in German and the Paperback is over $17 on amazon.com. Oddly enough, the second book in the series is available in English.
Audible of Artifact Space is in German only also. Not library available either.I studied German in high school and can count to 5 but not read a novel.
Apologies for the last minute change, but someone decided that there was no space for that artifact on this poll.
Shame, I might have gone for Artifact Space just because it's in German. Oh well, I understand why it had to be swapped out. But at least now it's on my radar.I've been meaning to read Liberty's Daughter for a while now.
How funny! Here on Amazon UK, Artifact Space is available in paperback (GBP 10.11) AND Kindle (5.99) in English. The Audible version really does only appear to be in German. Very strange.
I'm not terribly excited about these choices myself. I've already read Annie Bot and I would not wish that book on anyone else. If I have to read it again, I'll change my overly generous rating of 2 stars (out of pity for the author) to 1.

Well, if it is chosen, I'm interested to read why you didn't like it in the discussion thread. (I know nothing about the book except the blurb.)

I'll be hoping those that loved it are willing to defend it. But also, it appears to read very familiar ground so I'll be curious to hear about how it compares to other fembot stories. Or we can discuss why we keep getting fembot stories and tales that deny personhood to beings with free will.
Not sure where else to post this, but Audible US has the audio version of Annie Bot on sale for $4.99 right now.
