What format should our 2025 Tournament of Favorites have?

To explain the options:
"Half and half" is a repeat of last year's structure, with 4 selections off the 2024 long list (that didn't make the short list) and 4 selections published 2024 that DIDN'T make the long list at all (nominated by group members).

"All long list" means that all 8 books in the bracket will be selected from the 53 or so books from the 2024 ToB long list that didn't get included on the short list.
