The events run in parallel so it's nice that you get all the info together.
Also, I loved ToD but EoS finishes with a HUGE cliffhanger and if you read it first, then you won't enjoy ToD so much bc it's slower.

I feel like the tandem read lessens the impact of both books. I loved Tower of Dawn and I think it stands on its own very well, no tandem read necessary 😊 ofc that’s just how I felt!

im only on tog but im confused about the reading order for those too. i feel like i wont know what happened in which book if i read them in tandem

I had the same question couple days ago and ultimately decided on doing the tandem read. I am actually starting it in 5 mins!

Also, I'd recommend printing out the reading guide by T.L. Branson for the tandem read as I've heard it has really helped ppl :)
