Great books! I've read the Nee book twice and it is a great Romans study. I am reading Obedience by Murray now so I'm voting for Prayer by Murray.

I've read neither, but I'll vote for With Christ in the School of Prayer.

Been on a mission to improve my prayers so the choice was obvious.

The Normal Christian Life was a fantastic read. Haven't read the other.

Bill, we brainstorm about the choices on this thread: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... . That thread is always open to comments and suggestions; but since the group read is an annual event that happens in November, discussion usually only gets serious around the beginning of September. I try to post the poll around the start of October, so group members will know what book is chosen in time to get a copy, if they want to join in the read.

Maybe Trueman's 2nd book on this topic would be easier; I gave "Rise and Triumph" to my sister and she still hasn't finished it. Suggetion: "Strange New World" although "Rise and Triumph" would be good as well.
