It looks like Louise Erdrich is on the list twice (one with the misspelled name). She has one vote on each name already. Is it possible to transfer the vote for Erdich to Erdrich? I would love to see a focus on a Native American author. I don't know if we ever did before. I share a little of her Ojibwa/Chippewa heritage.
She is the author I am most excited about right now, and I was planning to focus on her in 2022. Her new book The Sentence just came out. She won the Pulitzer for her last book The Night Watchman.
I read a lot of Erdrich recently, amongst them Night Watchman, so voted for Sherman Alexie, as I also wanted to focus on a Native American author. I´m flexible though, if he won´t get another vote. ;)

Thank you for pointing that out. I will make sure to add them together.
