Murder in Vienna looks fascinating. A word of warning to U.S. residents casting votes, though -- you may have a hard time finding a copy. Many of Lorac's works are available here as part of the excellent British Library Crime Classics series. This is not one of them. Barnes & Noble doesn't have it. Amazon US lists the Kindle edition of Murder in Vienna as "under review," and will not currently sell it to you. Wildside Press makes it available through the subscriptions service Scribd, but not to US customers. If someone has found a way to get it in the US, do say!
Sorry - I have had problems with Lorac nominations before, but it looked to me as though this was available in the US (says 1,99$ for the kindle edition), though I can´t say, as I´m from Europe and probably see another edition. Doesn´t look like a winner anyway. ;)
Was thinking of voting for An English Murder, but my library only has audio editions and book outlets charge too much for it. Will vote for The Lodger since I have not read Lowndes's books.
