I admit to confusion as to why still alice is in the selection for this group. I do not consider my family member with Alzheimer's as anything but human

lol. I didn't mean anything by it. I nominated this book since I bought it on sale and was looking for a push to read outside of my comfort zone. I just thought I'd see if more people in this group had an interest in reading it :)
The BOTM can be from any genre, not just the core genres the group was founded on. If the members want to nominate and then vote for a mystery, historical fiction, or contemporary book so be it. The BOTM is about the members nominating and then choosing what they want to read. Whatever it might be.
