What do you think of book serializations? (I've seen similar polls conducted, but some complained that the answers were skewed toward a particular preconception. As a result, write-ins are permitted for this poll.)

I prefer just a book, but if it's good, I don't mind serials

I looove serializations! Always ending on cliffhangers. But the wait is horrendous.
I don't like serializations. I want a full-length book.
They have to to be executed right. But if they have a good balance of content, I like them.
Serials just seem like a rip-off to me.
If they're manga or comics, yes, if it's like a book, no.
I don't mind them.
It depends on the genre.
Serializations are nice because they're shorter. I have more time for them.
