Don't let perfectionism fool you; the other word for perfectionism is insecurity. You can only grow during the process. A child walks at its own pace; the child doesn't aim to be a perfect walker; the child falls a thousand times, yet enjoys the process of standing up, leaning forward, placing the foot right, balancing the hip, adjusting the shoulders, moving the neck, balancing the weight using the hand. It's a process.
