Why were so many Americans treated by their government as though their lives were as disposable as paper facial tissues?

maybe even paper tissues, with their soft skin and carressing grace, aren't as disposable as we may assume. just a thought. though, you may already know this. i would't be surprised if you did. you wouldn't be surprised either. you might not be anything.

Let others bring order to chaos. I would bring chaos to order, instead, which I think I have done.
