Jesus is saying, “Make no parade of your religion. The Father in you knows you better than you know yourself. He doesn’t want a pretender, a play-actor. He wants you. Your prayer is not to impress Him or anyone else. Your prayer is to lift your consciousness to a point where you may be impressed by His Spirit.”
